Home Match Code of Conduct


Admission to the ground and the right to remain, is on the condition that spectators, home and away team officials, players and ground officials shall not :-

  • Chant, sing and shout indecent, racist or homophobic songs
  • Use insulting, abusive, racist or homophobic language
  • Make indecent or insulting gestures
  • Throw missiles of any description including flares or fireworks
  • Vandalise any property on the site including graffiti
  • Behave in a way likely to offend or endanger players, officials, other spectators or themselves
  • Climb any buildings, floodlight stanchions, walls or fences including the pitch perimeter fencing (match day officials may take such action to retrieve match balls)
  • Take glasses/bottles outside the bar area
  • Fail to adhere to instructions or directions given by a Club official
  • Park in a manner which would block traffic movements around the ground, onto the pitch or disrupt emergency access
  • Enter any area designated for officials or players unless given permission
  • Encroach onto the playing area
  • Interfere with any match day official in the course of his or her duties
  • Dogs on leads are allowed into the ground with permission but not into the Clubhouse or any other building. Guide dogs or similar will be allowed into the Clubhouse.

Anyone who is in breach of the above code of conduct rules is likely to be ejected from the ground and depending on the nature of the offence could be banned from Coles Lane for all future matches

Please remember that entrance to the ground is a privilege not a right
