Alfreton Town Football Club are based in Alfreton, Derbyshire and currently play in the National League North. The club was formed in 1959 following Alfreton Miners Welfare and Alfreton United merging.
They play at the Impact Arena, North Street in Alfreton at a ground originally provided by the council. The stadium today holds a total of 3600 supporters, 1500 of who are seated.
They are nicknamed ‘The Reds’ and their home kit is a red and black shirt, red and black shorts and socks, and their away kit is blue and white shirt, shorts and socks.
With Alfreton having lost their last 2 games and Sutton suffering a painful defeat last Saturday both teams will be looking to move forward in the FA Cup.
