Our first bank holiday fixture of the year in the Evo-Stik South Division 1 Central.
This bank holiday sees our second home league game against Bromsgrove Sporting.
When we last met it was under their previous name of Bromsgrove Rovers back in the 2009-10 season in the Southern League.
Bromsgrove Sporting Football Club are based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. The club was founded in 2009 and played their first season in the Midland Football Combination division two. This was in the 2010-11 season where they finished third.
The club are known as The Rouslers and play at the Victoria Ground which holds 5008 fans. Their home kit is a charcoal shirt, shorts and socks; and their away kit is a green and white shirt with green shorts and socks.
Bromsgrove have started the new season on full throttle, with, at the time of writing this preview, have had a 4 – 1 victory over AFC Dunstable and an 11 -0 demolition of Kidlington.
Gregory is the man in form banging in an impressive haul of six goals in two games; Suttons defence will have to be at their best to stop him adding to that tally.
Here’s to an entertaining and successful game.
COME ON YOU ROYALS.
