In a very competitive match Sutton got off to a good start, creating three opportunities, a disallowed goal and good defending with keeper Vicky Wright rarely troubled
Going into the second-half Sutton adjusted their formation to 3-5-1-1 to counter Crusaders numbers going forward and this was effective
Crusaders scored a fortunate goal on 80 minutes after which Sutton had three good chances but failed to convert
It was left till the 90th minute when Imogen Fisher (Player-of-the-Match) took the ball down the right and fired into the far-left corner of the Crusaders net to draw the game
Manager Andy Burman said "There are no easy games in this division and today was one of those. It was tight, we created chances but lacked that bit of luck to push home the advantage. Second-half was much better and we were more in control and were well deserving of a point"
