Having lost their last two home games, The Royals will be keen to add to the points tally with some sort of return at home. But, with Long Eaton flying currently, this will be no easy task.

Long Eaton is a club based in Derbyshire and were founded in 1956. They are nicknamed The Blues, and they play at George Park. Their home colours are Navy Blue, and they were United Counties League Premier North champions in 2021/22 season.

Long Eaton currently sit in 3rd place just inside the playoffs. They are on 60 points after 32 games played, and Sutton are below them in 9th spot on 47 points having played the same number of games.

Long Eaton have won their last six games. This included a very good result against Anstey Nomads last week where they beat them 5-0, and the week before, they beat Corby 3-2.

Sutton lost to Long Eaton 2-0 earlier in the season, and this will be the first meeting between these two sides at Coles Lane.

Hopefully for Sutton, it will be a much-needed win. Performances of late have been good, but we need to improve our home form, and of course, your support as always will go a long way to achieving this goal.
