In a game that was always going to be tightly contested, there were opportunities for both sides but there was no break-through at half-time
On 51 minutes Leek got the opener with a good drive from the right, but on 56 minutes Sutton equalised following a goalmouth scramble when Ally Forbes forced the ball over the line
Whilst Leek had a number of chances Sutton began to slowly dominate play and on 65 minutes Imogen Fisher scored the goal of the game with a break down the right and firing the ball low to the keepers right
Niamh Deasy added a third on 83 minutes and Jodie Lewis added a fourth on 90 minutes to complete the victory
Manager Andy Burman said "Leek always give us a tough game and they deservedly took the lead but our character and desire came through. The last half-hour we were on fire and our finishing was superb. The whole squad deserve massive credit in fully applying themselves in what was a tricky game"
