Sutton Coldfield Town 1-0 Lincoln United

This was a very tightly contested game with Sutton having the better of the early scoring opportunities with both defences holding firm

Sutton came close with a fine run down the right and shot from Niamh Deasy and Lincoln fired a good ball in from a corner which was headed over the bar

No goals at half-time

The deadlock was broken on 47 minutes with a superbly taken shot from distance on the move by Brittany Civil following a free-kick from Sophie Levick

This was enough to win the game despite Lincoln getting the ball in the net with just 7 minutes to go which was ruled offside
