Girls Day saw a large crowd at Coles Lane with Sutton Town Junior girls from the U9's and U10's act as player escorts for the game and do some training drills at half-time
The game started with Worcester providing stubborn resistance for the first 20 minutes until Niamh Deasy unleashed a left-foot drive high into the Worcester net from just outside the box
Again Worcester were defending well and had a number of set-plays which could have produced opportunities but Lottie McElroy held firm in the Sutton goal
On 71 minutes Sutton were awarded a penalty following a trip on Deasy which captain Ruth Graham converted
A minute later Del Clifford broke down the left with a low drive which went into the far-right hand corner of the Worcester net
This was followed by an identical move six minutes later by the same player
On 82 minutes Sophie Levick took the the ball through and fired in from just outside the box and Del Clifford got her hat-trick on 89 minutes with a glancing header following a Ruth Graham free-kick to round off the scoring
There were notable performances from Chadlee Kerr and Del Clifford but Player-of-the-Match was awarded to Sarah Lampitt for her tireless running and energy in midfield
Manager Andy Burman said "It took us a while to get going but as ever we are so strong in the last 20 minutes and that told in a big way today with some quality finishing. Worcester worked hard and the score line flattered us to an extent"
