In what was a frustrating afternoon for the Royals, the game was won with two first-half goals from Niamh Deasy and Captain Ruth Graham

Multiple opportunities being missed in both halves by the Royals led to unnecessary frustrations whilst never looking in trouble

Sphinx worked hard and battled for every ball with occasional shots from distance and a number of set-plays

Player-of-the-Match was Chloe Finn in central-midfield for her constant drive and work-rate with notable performances from Annabelle Jones and debutants Poppy Deakin and Charlotte Cresswell
