Sutton moved to within one point of top-spot with victory at Coundon Court
It took just 3 minutes for the deadlock to be broken, when Jordan Atkin was played through and made no mistake with her finish
Sutton continued to move the ball at pace in the Coundon-half, creating numerous half-chances to double the lead
It wasn’t until the 19th minute however that the Royals scored again, when a ball into the box was turned in by a combination of Ally Forbes and a Coundon defender
Chloe Handy made it 3-0 20 minutes later, calmly slotting a low cross into the bottom corner
HT - 3-0
The second-half started in a similar manner, with Sutton dominating both possession and territory and Coundon staying organised behind the ball
As the second-half progressed the game evened out, with Coundon seeing more of the ball
A largely uneventful second-half saw neither goalkeeper have much to do
This remained the case until one minute from time, when a cross was headed in to the Sutton net to make the final score 3-1
FT - 3-1
Player-of-the-Match was Chloe Handy, who capped a fine display leading the line with her second goal in as many games
