The Royals ground out another hard fought victory against an experienced and determined Walsall side
Sutton started slowly and chances were limited for both sides with the game goalless at half time
The match came to life in the second half when Cassidy curled a free kick over the wall past the unsighted keeper
Sutton then had chances to kill the game off but Walsall equalised with a long range shot
Both teams pressed for the win but The Royals created the better chances and, eventually, the impressive Alice Nolan scored what turned out to be the winner with 15 minutes to go
Although not at their best this was another performance full of character from Sutton
