Our second bank holiday fixture in the Evostik South Division 1 Central.
This bank holiday sees our second league game against Bromsgrove Sporting. When we last met them it was our first bank holiday match of the season when we secured a 1-1 draw.
Bromsgrove Sporting Football Club are based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. The club was founded in 2009.and played their first season in the Midland Football Combination division two. This was in the 2010-11 season where they finished third. The club are known as The Rouslers and play at the Victoria Ground which holds 5008 fans.
Their home kit is a charcoal shirt, shorts and socks; and their away kit is a green and white shirt with green shorts and socks.
Bromsgrove have started the new season on full throttle, and at the time of writing this preview have been unbeaten in the last 8 games, including an impressive 4-3 victory over Peterborough Sporting who are chasing that number one spot.
Bromsgrove are only two points off the top spot and a win could send them straight to number one.
Sutton, who had a great win last Saturday will still be buzzing, but this game will be one of the toughest games this season.
With Bromsgrove being at home, and the highest scorers in the league, it may be a busy day for Gwilliams and co.
Here’s to an entertaining and successful game.
COME ON YOU ROYALS.
