It is expected it will be all removed and be off site by tomorrow (day 5). Checks to the underlying tarmac are taking place as they remove the carpet and reports are that it is very flat (no undulations!), in good condition and the drainage is good and rapid. A section of concrete has been removed just off the pitch at the rifle club end which will form a new concrete plinth so goals can be removed from that end of the pitch as well as the clubhouse end. The new carpet will arrive next Wednesday (day 10). The work is going to schedule.
