Goldenhill Wanderers 2-0 Sutton Coldfield Town Ladies

A well below par Ladies found themselves two down at half-time to some poor defending and failing to pick players up

Never getting any traction in the game, the Ladies picked up in the second-half but the damage was done

The Ladies did improve in the second-half but the Goldenhill keeper was never troubled

One highlight was the debut of 16-year-old Abbie Hyland who gave a credible performance in difficult circumstances

Player-of-the-match was Kim Tsiga who worked hard throughout the game

Manager Andy Burman said "This was a big disappointment. Goldenhill deserved the win and wanted it more. With so many players under performing and many missing we dont come out of it with much credit. We need to pick ourselves up for next Sundays final league game at home to Stockingford to ensure second place in the table"
