After losing last Saturday at home to Harborough Town, Sutton will be keen to get home form up and running, and in the last three league games they have failed to register a single point at home.
Hinckley town will be coming to Coles Lane this Saturday in the hope to extend Suttons pointless home run. Hinckley will be in positive mood after winning their last two games including a fantastic 4-1 win over Coleshill.
Hinckley LRFC is a club based in Hinckley. They were formed in November 2013 after the liquidation of Hinckley Utd. They play at the Leicester Road Stadium and are nicknamed the Knitters. They have a capacity of 6,250 and were promoted after coming second in the United Counties League Premier Division South.
They play in orange and black away from home, and don a blue and red striped kit at home.
In 2016/17 they won the Leicestershire and Rutland Senior Cup.
This will be the first meeting between the two sides, so both teams will be new to each other.
Hinckley currently sit in 17th position on 14 points whereas Sutton are in 11th position on 18 points. Hinckley have a game in hand on Sutton, so both sides are closer than league position would have you believe.
Sutton have scored twice as many goals as Hinckley have this season, however, their defence is far better than Sutton’s so who will win out on the day? Will it be Sutton’s forwards or Hinckley’s defence? The only way to find out is to come down to Coles Lane this Saturday.
