It was a difficult game last weekend, and while the result looked like The Royals were well beaten, the lads gave a good game and a lot of positives could be taken from it. They will be keen to get a good result this Saturday as well as the performance.
Sporting Khalsa sit mid table in 9th position having won 11 games this season, including doing the double over top of the table team Ilkeston Town.
Sutton have struggled for wins with only 4 victories in the league so far this season, and a run of mixed bag results more recently.
Sporting beat 4th place Belper at the weekend, so will feel confident about getting a result against us. The Royals will have to be on their A game this Saturday to bring something back to Coles Lane.
Sporting Khalsa are situated in the heart of the Black Country, in Willenhall, a suburb of Walsall.
They were formed in 1991 by the local Sikh Community, and they are the first British Asian club to own their own ground. The ground was purchased from Willenhall Town in 2010 after moving from Abbey Park, the former home of Bloxwich Town.
They are nicknamed the Lions, and currently play at Noose Lane in the Aspray Arena, they play in a yellow and blue strip.
Sutton played Sporting Khalsa earlier in the season running out 2-1 winners at Coles Lane. But now both sides have changed, especially Sutton, so it will almost be like a first meting between these two sides.
Hope to see you there to push The Royals to three points.
